Appointments

Patients are seen by doctor referral only. Appointments can usually be offered the same week or within a few days. Urgent same day appointments can often be accommodated where necessary.

To schedule an appointment, please call the relevant physician's office during office hours.

Cancellations

Please call 24 hours in advance if you must cancel an appointment so we can open the schedule for other patients who wish to be seen.

New Patients

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to complete the registration process. You may download our registration forms in advance, fill them out and bring them with you when you come for your appointment.
